Good old days of Packer football

From former Minnesota Vikings tight end Stu Voigt, telling Charley Walters of the St. Paul Pioneer Press about growing up a Packer backer in Madison: “How could you not be a Packers fan in the 1960s? In the old days, in the '60s, you'd go to church, get your TV tray out and watch Ray Scott and Tony Canadeo do the games. Then you'd go out and play football in the side yard."

For Scuttle, similar routine with Iron River’s Assumption Church field a great spot for football. Still thankful my errant throws never shattered one of the stained-glass windows ...
