Facebook friends

I was not a fan of Facebook until earlier this year. I guess I didn’t understand the site and what it was about.

Then my cousin contacted me and told me I was on Facebook and friends with certain family members but not her.

Apparently I had opened a Facebook account in 2008 and completely forgot about it.

Since I had Internet at home, I started using the site and found my best friend from elementary school on the site.

We hadn’t seen or talked to each other in 20 years, but remembered each other and our elementary days.

Brooke and I have gotten together a few times since we became friends again on Facebook.

And I am looking forward to going to the South Milwaukee Lions Festival with her and attending her annual cookout on Saturday.

We are both super excited and it should be a fun time.
