| | Even Packer QB upset with ring decisionJune 14, 2012 - Burt AngeliFixed or not, there wasn’t something quite right to WBO welterweight title fight at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden. Underdog Timothy Bradley lost to Manny Pacquiao on a decision. One of my close Vegas contacts heard rumblings of a fix. “One sports book took it off the board where you couldn't bet this fight because of all the rumors that the fight was going to be fixed,” reported my Vegas insider. “And believe me it was. Manny won the fight easy. Many figured Bradley got the nod so another big match (payday) could be held in November. “Boxing is a joke,” my source said. “That's why everyone is watching MMA.” No less a boxing authority than Green Bay Packer quarterback Aaron Rogers was upset by the results. "That is horrible,” Rodgers tweeted. “Unreal. Ridiculous. Stupid. Bogus. Etc. That fight wasn't close and I was pulling for Bradley."
